Lynda provided a graduated, targeted series of exercises for me to increase my core strength.  She was unstinting in her attention to address my individual needs.  JT.  Prince George.


I was suffering from a back injury due to driving forklift, on a rough yard for a lumber company. With decompression therapy and then excercise therapy from Lynda, I am able to keep going.  The exercise’s keep my core muscles tight and my back muscles flexible so I can move with very little pain. This was 4 yrs ago and I still do them faithly everyday in the morning. Plus it does keep all else in shape too. Thanks Lynda.  Marlys Slugget
